The University of New Mexico Art Museum is hosting a public lecture on the historic forces that shaped modern choreography Thursday, March 24 and again Thursday, April 21 from 5:30 – 7 p.m. The lecture is part of the Cady Wells Exhibition, which is on display in the museum's Raymond Jonson Gallery through May 22.

Janet Eilber, artistic director and historian for the Martha Graham Dance Company, and Lois Rudnick, historian, will talk about the choreography of Graham's New Mexican inspired dances during the World War II era.
