A 20-hour Women's Basic Course will be offered April 6, 7, 13 and 14 from noon to 5 p.m. in the UNM Dean of Students conference room, University Advisement and Enrichment Center, room 280. In this course, participants learn street-smart behaviors, psychological strategies and mental readiness, effective verbal de-escalation and physical self-defense skills, and how to analyze aspects of healthy and unhealthy relationships.
