The University of New Mexico has launched a new Campus Safety website that provides services, information, resources and tips for a safe campus to all students, staff, faculty and visitors.

The website illustrates how UNM provides three types of messaging systems: LoboAlert, LoboAdvisory and LoboTest, which go out campus-wide to alert students, staff and faculty of any existing safety issue.

Learn about the “Emergency Blue Phones” located across campus that connect with UNM Police Dispatch, and LoboGuardian, a mobile app that increases user safety by creating a virtual safety network of friends and family.

LoboRESPECT is the name of UNM’s comprehensive approach to preventing and responding to sexual violence in our campus community. The website includes information on the prevention education efforts and programs, services and support for victims of sexual violence, UNM policies and sanctions, and much more.

For detailed information on these programs and more, visit the Campus Safety website.

There is also a Campus Safety button located in the lower right corner on the UNM homepage that takes you directly to the Campus Safety website.
