UNM University Libraries (UL) are open for limited operations during the Spring 2021 semester. In order to maintain safe and health COVID-19 practices, all main campus library locations require a UNM Lobo card to enter the buildings. All locations adhere to the campus-wide guidelines requiring a mask worn at all times and maintaining at least six feet apart when with others. 

Zimmerman Library 
Entrance and ID Check: North side doors 
Exit: South side doors (Smith Plaza) 
Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.  
Sunday: 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.  

Center for Southwest Research & Special Collections
Access by appointment only. Appointments are limited to an hour and 45 minutes maximum.
Monday-Thursday: 9:15 a.m. -1:00 p.m.

Centennial Science & Engineering Library (CSEL) 
Entrance and ID Check: West side doors 
Exit: East side doors 
Tuesday-Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Fine Arts & Design Library (FADL) 
Students, staff, or faculty must have an authorized Lobo proximity card to enter George Pearl Hall, per the School of Architecture and Planning. 
Monday-Thursday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.  

Parish Memorial Library (PML)   
PML is permanently closed to the public for the transition to a library service building. Read more here.
