The University of New Mexico Recreational Services will host a Recreational Activities Day (RAD) Camp this summer for children ages 8 to 12 years old.
The program aims to get children mentally and physically active during the summer, by giving them the opportunity to participate in sports, teamwork activities, games, recreation, leadership exercises, arts and crafts, swimming, field trips, and other fun activities.
UNM RAD Camp 2016 dates and prices are as follows:
Session 1
May 31 – June 3 (4 days of camp)
$115 (lunch provided) or $90 (lunch not provided)
Session 2
June 6 – June 17 (10 days of camp)
$270 (lunch provided) or $215 (lunch not provided)
Session 3
June 20 – July 1 (10 days of camp)
$270 (lunch provided) or $215 (lunch not provided)
Session 4
July 5 – July 15 (9 days of camp)
$243 (lunch provided) or $193 (lunch not provided)
Session 5
July 18 – July 29 (10 days of camp)
$270 (lunch provided) or $215 (lunch not provided)
There will be no camp on July 4.
Early care is available for children who need to be dropped off as early as 7:30 a.m. The price for early care is $3 per day per child. Late care is also available for children who need to be picked up as late as 5:30 p.m. The price for late care is $3 per day per child.
