Leave the climbing wall in the city and join UNM Recreational Services on its last Getaway Adventure of the semester – the Spring 2017 Outdoor Rock Climbing Getaway on Sunday, April 30.
The full-day Getaway Adventure will teach participants the basics of rock climbing in an outdoor environment. The location for the getaway is dependent on the weather, but will take place either in Box Canyon in Socorro or Los Conchas in the Jemez Mountains.
The getaway costs $43 for UNM students and $53 for others. Fees include transportation from the UNM campus, one day of instruction, and all climbing equipment.
