The University of New Mexico Board of Regents will hold special meetings on the following dates and times with the announced candidates for the position of President of the University of New Mexico.
Breakfast meetings will be held on Dec. 8, 9, 12, 13, 14 from 7:30 - 9 a.m. at the Embassy Suites, Albuquerque, N.M. Dinner meetings will be held on Dec. 8, 9, 12, 13, 14 from 7 – 9:30 p.m. at the Letterman's Lounge, University of New Mexico Pit, as well as a Los Ranchos residence.
The agenda for each meeting is as follows:
1. Adoption of the agenda and establishment of a quorum.
2. Executive Session:
a. Vote to close the meeting, to discuss limited personnel matters pursuant to Section 10-15-1.H (2), NMSA 1978, relating to candidate for the position of University president.
b. Vote to re-open the meeting.
3. Certification that only those matters described in Agenda Item 2, were discussed in Executive Session. Consideration of, and action on, the specific limited personnel matters discussed in Executive Session, if necessary.
