The School of Medicine at the University of New Mexico hosts a humanities based conference, "Ethics and Aging" on Friday, March 9 from 12:30 to 4 p.m. and Saturday, March 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the Continuing Education Building located at 1634 University Blvd N.E. The conference is free and open to the public.

Attendees are given the chance participate in an open discussion with attorneys, physicians, case managers and others about advance-life planning, as well as learn about legal rights and societal values.

The conference has been made possible by support from the New Mexico Humanities Council, the National Endowment for the Humanities and Jack and Donna Rust.
