New members of the UNM Staff Council have been sworn into office and an executive committee has been elected for the coming year. Crystal Davis is the new Staff Council president, Danelle Callen is the president-elect. Mary Clark will serve another term as speaker, and Jodi Perry is the new treasurer.
Other members of the executive committee include Joaquin Baca and Jasmine Torres, who will be grade-at-large representatives, and Carla Sakiestewa and Katherine Turner, who will serve as at-large precinct representatives.
Past-president Reneé Delgado-Riley and Staff Council administrative officer Kathy Meadows will serve as ex-officio, non-voting members,
The executive committee sets priorities and transacts routine business of the council and determines the agenda for the full council.
