Lobo Development Corporation will present the UNM Strategic Housing Plan prepared by American Campus Communities in a public meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 30 at 4 p.m. in the Student Union Building Sprit/Trailblazer Rooms.
Discussion topics will include prospective sites, initial site concept, student housing supply and demand, development phasing and schedule and information about existing student housing.
This plan will also be discussed at the Lobo Development Board Meeting on Friday, Dec. 3 at 9:30 a.m. when the Lobo Development Board holds its regular quarterly meeting. It will be in the Stanford Room on the 2nd level of the Student Support Center at 1155 University Blvd. SE.
The UNM Board of Regents Finance and Facilities Committee is also expected to hear about the Strategic Housing Plan on Thursday, Dec. 9 at 9 a.m. in the Roberts Room of Scholes Hall on the UNM central campus.
The full Board of Regents will receive a presentation on the Strategic Housing Plan on Tuesday, Dec. 14 at its regular monthly meeting at 9 a.m. in the Student Union Building Ballroom C.
