The theme this year is "A New Mexico Adventure" and, in addition to the informational workshops, the weekend includes: dinner at LaPosada, women's volleyball game, Parent Association breakfast and social, a tailgate party and a Lobo football game. Most of these events are included in the package price.
Families are also invited to play in the first-ever UNM Parent Association Golf Tournament on Friday, Nov. 5. Tickets for the tournament are $100 per player in a four person scramble and benefit the UNM Parent Association Scholarship Fund. Families will also be offered discounted tickets to hear Maya Angelou speak at Popejoy Hall on Sunday, Nov. 7.
