Representatives from ASUNM, UNM Athletics and UNM's ROTC program join forces to raise the Pan African Flag to kickoff Black History Month.
UNM President Garnett S. Stokes joined legislators in the N.M. House and Senate as they honored four Lobos for their dedication to scholarship and research.
UNM's Formula Society of Automotive Engineers (FSAE) LOBOMotorsports team actively engages in community events, proudly displaying the cars the team has designed, built and raced at events. The 2017 FSAE car is currently on display at the Wheels Museum in Albuquerque, nestled among vintage trains, bicycles and automobiles at the museum, which is located next to the Albuquerque Railyards at 1100 Second St. SW.

Hundreds of Lobos gathered under the green and red lights of Popejoy Hall to sing carols before walking to President Stokes' house and presenting her with a handmade wreath. UNM's oldest student tradition is a joint effort betwee several groups, including the Mortar Board Honor Society, Student Activity Center and Alumni Association. 
ASUNM hosted its annual Giving Tree Launch Party where each candy cane includes a tag, listing the age of a child in our community and the gift they are asking for during the holidays.
