The University of New Mexico-Los Alamos (UNM-LA) invites regional businesses to participate in the 6th Annual UNM-LA Job Fair on Tuesday, April 2 form 1 to 4 p.m. Businesses have the opportunity to meet and interview potential applicants for current and upcoming job openings at this event, and distribute information about other employment opportunities such as seasonal work or internships.
UNM-LA students, local high school students, and the greater northern New Mexico community are all invited to attend this event. At the 2018 UNM-LA Job Fair, 27 businesses met with over 100 potential employees. Many attendees were community members interested in finding a position or making a career change. Each year, businesses who have found new employees through the job fair.
This year, the Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce is collaborating with UNM-Los Alamos to present the Job Fair. Chamber members are especially encouraged to participate.
