The University of New Mexico, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of State, and the State of New Mexico are sponsoring, "Bringing Global Career Opportunities to New Mexicans," Thursday, Sept. 30 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the UNM School of Law.

The event will also be live via video conference at the New Mexico State University Creative Media Institute and Santa Fe Community College.

Featured speakers are UNM Diplomat in Residence, Ambassador Roger Pierce, and Ambassador Carmen Martinez from the U.S. Department of State. The aim of the event is to give attendees information on how they can contribute to their local community, and the world through a career with the Department of State.

An informal information session will also be held the Friday, Oct. 1 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in rm. 1004 of the Anderson School of Management building. No RSVP is necessary for this session.
