Summer temperatures are cooling off, so some professors are moving their lectures outside in the sunshine.
There's no hiding it, the students were all smiles during the annual green chilie stew giveaway to celebrate the start of the school year. 
The Duck Pond on campus was a popular place to watch the solar eclipse. Lobos shared viewing shades and smiles.
With the fall semester around the corner, the UNM Spirit Marching Band is starting to perfect their notes at different locations around campus. If you're lucky, there'll be an empty bench nearby. 
Operation Lobo Move-In is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 15 through Sunday, Aug. 20, with flexible time slots available throughout. All volunteers receive a free Operation Lobo Move-In T-shirt.
Lobo Day at Cottonwood Mall gave shoppers the chance to learn what UNM has to offer through interactive displays, giveaways and information. Prospective students were also able to apply on site.
