The University of New Mexico Student Activities Center hosts a free leadership workshop Saturday, Feb. 4 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the SUB Ballrooms.

The leadership workshop, hosted by LeaderShape is designed to help leaders craft their story by asking questions and having meaningful conversations challenging themselves to go deeper and ask hard questions to expand their perspective and find the possibilities in themselves and others.

The workshop, designed for undergraduate and graduate student leaders, will be facilitated by LeaderShape, a transformational leadership development program. LeaderShape® has been creating transformational leadership development experiences for over 30 years (since 1986). With a focus on creating a more just, caring and thriving world, over 78,000 individuals have participated in the premier program, The LeaderShape Institute.

Program alumni indicate a stronger sense of self as a leader, a passion to make a difference in the community, and a willingness to engage in the organization in a more intentional way. As a result, the impact of LeaderShape is not only on the individual but also within the communities in which they belong.

Lunch will be served as part of the workshop. The deadline to register is Wednesday, Feb. 1.
