Lobo Advisory – 12.1.2023, 11:15 a.m.: At approximately 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, UNMPD received a delayed report of an aggravated assault that occurred at the intersection of University and Lomas NE on Nov. 28 between 7:50 and 8:10 am the victim was crossing the intersection when he got into a confrontation with a male subject in a vehicle.
The male subject in the vehicle pointed a firearm at the victim. The victim could not describe the male. The vehicle was described as a small red vehicle last seen east on Lomas NE.
