The University of New Mexico, Innovate ABQ, the City of Albuquerque, Nusenda Credit Union, and Bernalillo County have partnered to create a unique urban living and learning environment to spur economic growth. The six-story, mixed-use building includes offices for STC.UNM, UNM Innovation Academy, Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), Nusenda Credit Union, start-up companies, conference rooms, collaboration areas, classrooms and event space, with UNM Innovation Academy students occupying upper level living spaces.
