UNM Parking and Transportation has updated its shuttle and enforcement operations scheduled to take place during the 2021 Summer break.
Shuttle Service - Summer
Redondo, G/Q, and T shuttle routes will continue operating on their regular summer schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Rainforest shuttle - There will be no Rainforest shuttle service during intersession: May 17 – June 4, and Aug. 2 – Aug. 20. The Rainforest shuttle service for summer 2021 semester has yet to be determined. Please continue checking our website for updates.
UPDATE: The Rainforest combined shuttle service will resume operating on Monday, June 7, and will run through Friday, July 30, 6:30 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday. The service is combined with the T-Lot route with 15-20 minute service to/from the Rainforest, T Lot and Main Campus. Check our website for T-Lot/Rainforest shuttle schedule.
Lobo Village/SSSC combined shuttle service will operate from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the summer break, the combination route will service the Yale Mall and SSSC/Research stops approximately every 20 minutes and the Lobo Village stop approximately every 40 minutes. The last shuttle will depart from Yale Mall at 6:50 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Parking Enforcement Hours
Continuing through intercession and the summer semester, parking enforcement hours on campus are as follows:
- Monday-Thursday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Friday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Parking Areas Subject to Enforcement 24/7
As a reminder, the Yale and Cornell parking structures and surface lot pay station parking spaces are subject to enforcement 24/7. Regulations pertaining to fire, safety, Reserved and ADA accessible parking spaces are enforced 24/7, 365 days of the year. Student resident parking zones, which include the R Zone, Lomas parking structure and the Lobo Rainforest, are enforced 24/7 throughout the academic year.
