Join The University of New Mexico (UNM) as it unveils a whole new dining experience at the newly-renovated La Posada, the Main Campus’ premier dining hall located in the heart of the student residential neighborhood. This almost 50-year-old building now features new dining options, natural light, a more collaborative dining area, a safer entrance and modern, energy efficient building features.

- 3-3:30 p.m. - Opening Remarks by President Abdallah, AVP Chris Vallejos, and Regional VP for Chartwells Higher Ed Nadeem Zafar
- 3:30 p.m. - Ceremonial Ribbon Cutting
- 3:30-6 p.m. - Fun, food, and activities in the plaza including food sampling, tours and photo booth in La Posada.
