UNM’s IFDM program gives students the necessary critical, creative and technical skills to apply digital technologies in innovative and productive ways. Established in 2005 under New Mexico’s Media Industries Strategy Plan (MISP), IFDM is built on existing strengths in the Anderson School of Management, Arts and Sciences, College of Fine Arts, and the School of Engineering. IFDM recognizes the evolution of cohesive collaboration among the worlds of art, science, and technology and leads the way as a model of interdisciplinary education.

Held at UNM’s ARTS Lab, 1601 Central Ave NE, this Alumni Spotlight event is free and open to the public. During the presentation, Premdas will share his demo reel and portfolio tips, ways to compete nationally for internships, and how to make the most of UNM Cinematic Arts resources. Students are invited to bring their edited demo reels or portfolios for feedback.
