All semester long the students in the Indigenous Architecture class have listened to professionals from the Dine, Laguna/Okay Owengey, Nisga'a, Cherokee-Choctaw and Nez Perce. Later they will hear from Arapaho and Acoma professionals. Today, however, the students will speak.

The Indigenous Architecture student colloquium is set for Monday, Nov. 8 from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. The colloquium is free and open to the public.

Eight student teams present their in-depth research on indigenous buildings. Lynn Paxson, architecture critic and visiting professor from Iowa State University, will review student work.
