On Friday, June 11 at 6 p.m. at Popejoy Hall, join mistress of ceremonies Marilyn Horne, maestro Guillermo Figueroa, the NMSO, and world renowned opera singers Susan Graham and Matthew Worth for the world premiere of "Healing Ceremony," for a specially commissioned performance for the dedication of the UNM Cancer Center by Marc Neikrug, artistic director of the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival.

Poetry performances by Albuquerque Slam Poet Danny Solis and recognition of the many state leaders, community supporters, and artists who made this healing facility a reality will complete the program.

Ribbon-Cutting Dedication Ceremony and Public Tours
A ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by guided public tours of the Cancer Treatment and Clinical Research Facility will be held Saturday, June 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the UNM Cancer Treatment and Clinical Research Facility located at 1201 Camino de Salud NE.
