A forum to share thoughts and ideas about the direction of the College for Social Transformation is set for Monday, Feb. 3, from 4 - 6 p.m. in the Student Union Building rooms Lobo A&B.
The proposed College for Social Transformation includes Africana Studies, Asian American Studies, Chicana and Chicano Studies, Community Engagement Center, Peace Studies, Native American Studies, Research Service-Learning, Sustainability Studies, Women Studies and the Institute for the Study of “Race” and Social Justice. CST supports UNM’s strategic planning goal to develop and execute a plan to ensure that UNM is able to recruit and retain diverse and talented leaders, faculty, staff and students that reflect the diversity of the state of New Mexico.
