Lobo alumni and community members are invited to an evening of intriguing science, fascination and fun with faculty atThe University of New Mexico, who will lecture about the exploration of Mars.

The UNM Alumni Association in partnership with UNM Earth & Planetary Sciences, The Institute of Meteoritics and College of Arts & Sciences, hosts the Lobo Living Room: An Evening on Mars at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19 at Northrop Hall located on UNM’s main campus. A reception will be held prior to the lecture portion of the evening. Tours of E&PS facilities will include the Meteorite Museum and the current Mars Rover operations room.

Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m. in Northrop Hall, faculty lecture starts at 6:30 p.m. in room 122 and tours of the E&PS facility take place from 7:15 to 8 p.m. RSVP by Wednesday, Oct. 18 by visiting the Alumni Association's website.
