This week on New Mexico in Focus, a special interview with national political journalist Daniel Libit from New Mexico. His article about Jay McCkleskey, the political advisor behind Gov. Susana Martinez, questioned how much of a role McCleskey has in the governor's policies and illuminates concerns in her own party about him. 

New Mexico in Focus airs Friday night at 7 p.m. on Channel 5.1 and appears online at NMiF shortly thereafter. The show rebroadcasts Saturday at 5 p.m. on Channel 9.1 and again on Sunday at 7 a.m. on Channel 5.1. 

Also this week, the Line opinion panel looks back on the social, economic and political news of the last 12 months. A special panel of journalists sits down with host Gene Grant to discuss the stories that made the list and what made them so important.
