Parent Association hosts annual student scholarship fundraising event

The University of New Mexico Parent Association hosts its annual student scholarship fundraising golf event, on Saturday, Oct. 3 at UNM’s prestigious Championship Golf Course with registration beginning at 11 a.m. 

All proceeds from the event benefit UNM students through the UNM Parent Association Scholarship Fund. Online registration is available at $75 per player by going to scholarship fund or contacting the Parent Association office at (505) 277-3187.

The format will be a four person scramble. The scramble will provide each golfer a chance to compete for prizes for a hole-in-one, closest to the pin and longest drive. Registration includes the tournament, golf cart, range balls and award reception dinner immediately following.

Event sponsors include: BBVA Compass Bank, Lobo Village and Casas del Rio.
