The UNM School of Public Administration hosts the Arthur Blumenfeld Endowed Lecture Series Monday, Nov. 2 in Ballroom C in the Student Union Building. This Lecture Series honors the life and work of the late Arthur Blumenfeld, former chief administrative officer for the City of Albuquerque.
