Due to sheer volume, it's likely some CR/NC grade mode change requests will not be processed by the end of the business day on Thursday, May 21 when grades will be rolled to academic history (and subsequently displayed on student transcripts.)

Instructor approved Grade Mode Change requests received by email before 5 p.m. on May 21, as per the Spring 2020 COVID-19 Senate Resolution, will be honored, but it may take additional time beyond May 21 for the change to reflect in the student record.

The Registrar’s Office requests the patience of its community as work on behalf of faculty and students continues. Students are encouraged to refrain from sending follow-up inquiries until June 1, by which time most requests will be processed. Follow-up inquiries between now and June 1 create additional email traffic that slows progress.

Approved Grade Mode and Grade Changes submitted after 5 p.m. on May 21 require the use of the Enrollment Authorization After the Term Form, and normal fees will be assessed. The normal fee for a Grade Mode Change is $10 per transaction.
