As students, staff and faculty at The University of New Mexico gear up for the 2021 spring semester, a list of important student services and hours of limited operations are listed below:
Children’s Campus
UNMCC is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Information Technologies (IT)
Dane Smith Hall (DSH) Computer Lab is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The most current schedule of open hours for Dane Smith Hall and other facilities, as well as any exceptional closings, can be found online.
Johnson Center
Johnson Center is currently open with limited hours, occupancy and facilities.
The Olympic Pool is currently open with limited hours, occupancy and lanes. Please see the Aquatics website for reservations and more information.
The Outdoor Adventure Center is currently open with limited hours and by reservation only. Please see the OAC website for reservations and more information.
Parking & Transportation Services (PATS)
PATS office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Staff is asking all Lobos to make an appointment by calling 505-277-1938 or by sending an email during business hours.
Regular enforcement activities will resume Tuesday, Jan. 19 at 7 a.m. Per UNM Parking Regulations, any/all parking space restricted by signage (ADA, Reserved, Patient/Guest/Visitor, Pay Station) can be enforced 24/7.

Student Health and Counseling
SHAC medical and counseling visits are conducted virtually (by secure video or phone) and/or in-person when it's practical and safe to do so.
If an in-person appointment is scheduled, only the patient being seen by a SHAC provider will be allowed in the building. A mask is required to enter the building.
Call SHAC at 505-277-3136 to speak to a medical provider before attempting to visit the clinic.
Student Union Building (SUB)
The SUB will provide indoor dining at 25 percent occupancy beginning Monday, Feb. 15.
Tables will be set in the dining area on the mall level across from the open food venues.
This will be the only area outside of private office space that food and beverages can be consumed. This will help us monitor and ensure we are providing this in a safe environment.
University Libraries
University Libraries is open in a limited way for the spring 2021 semester.

In order to maintain safe and health COVID-19 practices, all main campus library locations require a UNM Lobo card to enter the buildings.
UNM Bookstore
The UNM Bookstore main campus location and Medical/Legal Bookstore are open and have extended hours during January.

UNM Food
La Posada Dining Hall will be exclusively available to resident meal-plan holders of UNM Housing, Casa del Rio, Lobo Village and Lobo Rainforest until further notice. La Posada access is currently restricted to takeout dining only for student residents with meal plans.

UNM LoboCard
Beginning Monday, March 29, the Lobo Card Office will be open for walk-up hours from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Lobos who prefer to schedule their visit can make an appointment from noon to 4:45 p.m.

UNM Police
The UNM Police Department remains fully staffed and fully operational, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
