In an effort to improve services, UNM Parking and Transportation Services (PATS) has launched a university-wide customer survey. The results of this survey will help PATS identify potential gaps in their provision of parking and transportation and gain a better understanding of customer needs.

“Our mission is to support the University’s education, research and service missions by providing access to key programs for faculty, staff, students and visitors through a variety of services,” says Sarah Scott, marketing representative with PATS. "The only way to gage if we are being successful in our mission is to gather input from our customers—we care what people think.”

The online survey takes a few minutes to complete and will remain open from Wednesday, March 23 through Friday, April 8. PATS is encouraging participation by offering everyone who completes the online survey the opportunity to be entered into a drawing for a year of free parking—2016-2017 academic year. Some restrictions may apply.

The survey can be found at https://esurvey.unm.edu/opinio/s?s=55192.
