The Lobo community is invited to take part in an upcoming workshop and cultural collaborative designed to discuss, breakdown and address stereotypes between international and domestic students.

The virtual event, “Adapting Together: Reflection,” takes place Friday, April 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.  

This year will feature a panel discussing how to overcome adversity through collaboration. The virtual event will include breakout room conversations on how to best collaborate within the UNM international and domestic communities along with opportunities to network. There will be gift giveaways throughout the program.

This event is held in collaboration with the Division for Equity and Inclusion, the Global Education Office, the African American Student Services, the Associated Students of the University of New Mexico, and the Graduate and Professional Student Association Project for New Mexico Graduates of Color.
