The University of New Mexico’s Health Sciences Center Book Club talks about Flight Behavior, a book by Barbara Kingsolver on Thursday, May 25. Flight Behavior is a book that discusses a timely and controversial topic – climate change.

The HSC book club meets on the fourth Thursday of the month in the Dean’s Large Conference Room on the first floor of Fitz Hall from noon – 1 p.m.

Flight Behavior is available at the Albuquerque Public Library in print, large print, e-audio, e-book and CD sound recording.  The UNM Bookstores offer a 20 percent discount to staff.

The HSC Staff Committee organizes book club and welcomes all members of the campus community who like to read and share ideas. 

The June discussion book will be Center Cannot Hold, by Elyn R. Sacks.
