
The University of New Mexico Mortar Board Senior Honor Society MAIA Chapter is accepting applications for next year.
Students interested in joining the organization must have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above and have at least 90 credit hours by the end of the Summer 2023 semester. Applicants cannot be graduating earlier than December of this year. Students can make their applications shine with a history of leadership or involvement in other organizations.
Mortar Board is a national honor society recognizing college seniors for their exemplary scholarship, leadership and service. The chapter was founded on campus in 1936. It founded and continues to organize the Hanging of the Greens, one of UNM's oldest student-run traditions.
Applications can be submitted at MortarBoard.UNM.EDU until 5 p.m., Feb. 17.
