The UNM Student Union hosts Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament on Friday, Oct. 28, from 7-9 p.m. in the Santa Ana Conference Room located on the 3rd floor.

The tournament will be single elimination, so if you lose once, you're out. There will most likely be two people per match, but if a large number of participants register, organizers may have to bump it to three per match due to the event time limit. For more information and to register, visit Smash Bros. Sign-up.

Two projectors will be set up, each with a switch and 4 joy-cons. After setting up the games, a tournament will be played on each projector. The winners of the two tournaments will play each other in one final match for 1st place.

Individuals will not be allowed to use their own controller, as event organizers will provide those. However, if you do wish to use a custom set of controls, show up 30 minutes early to create your own control set. If you do not show up early, you may not be allowed to create a control set.

Whether you participate or not, there will be free food and lots of other board games for all to enjoy instead, so consider stopping by. This is a punch card event, so if you have a punch card, make sure you bring it.
