UNMfood has introduced new menu items at both Starbucks in Zimmerman Library and Chick-fil-A in the Student Union Building (SUB). Both locations were renovated over Winter Break.
The iconic coffee shop in Zimmerman Library is back open, just in time to fuel students for the spring semester. Although the exterior of Starbucks might not look much different, the expanded and remodeled kitchen packs a punch behind the scenes. During the winter break crews removed equipment, demolished and rebuilt walls – turning a study nook into a fully functioning kitchen, able to serve hot food items from the Starbucks menu.
“We are excited to provide more extensive options to our campus community this Spring,” said Chanel Wiese, operations specialist for ISS Dining & Food Services. “Our new hot food menu with sandwiches, paninis and wraps at Starbucks in Zimmerman Library will provide a great experience to our guests and will add on-the-go meal options for students looking to fuel their study sessions. We also look forward to introducing new favorites at Chick-fil-A in the Student Union Building – the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap, as well as the coveted Chick-fil-A Sweet Tea.”
These new menu items are available during the following hours:
Starbucks
Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, CLOSED
Sunday, 1 - 8 p.m.
Chick-fil-A
Monday - Thursday, 10:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday, 10:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
