It was all part of the LOBOrrito breakfast, the largest event of the year for the Staff Appreciation activities where more than 2,000 burritos were served during the breakfast at both the UNM Student Union Building and HSC Plaza.

As part of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the UNM Staff Council, a wide variety of activites celebrating the anniversary have marked the occasion. Earlier this year, Staff Council members planted a tree in front of the Staff Faculty club and a filled time capsule meant to be opened at a later date.

The next event planned is the Staff Appreciation Ice Cream Social on Thursday, July 30 from 12 - 1 p.m. at three locations including: Front of HSC Library, Dominguez Fountain Plaza (near Zimmerman Library) and SSSC Lobby.
